What it is for
You can delete your KŌLOGY account at any time, in the app or on the website. The account is deactivated right away and personal data is erased within 30 days. Operational and accounting records remain, with the name anonymised.
What happens
- When · What
- Right away · You are signed out of every device and access to KŌLOGY stops.
- Erased in 30 days · Contact (email and phone), profile photo, driving licence, bank details and address, name and profile data.
- Not erased · Daily reports, payment statements, invoices and accepted contracts (operational and accounting records, with the name anonymised). The company's data stays with the company.
In the app
- Open Settings → Account & privacy.
- Tap Delete my account. The screen shows what stops right away, what is erased in 30 days and what stays.
- Tick I understand and want to delete my account., type your password and confirm.
The app's sign-in screen also has a Delete my account link, for people who cannot sign in.
On the website
- On KŌLOGY's account deletion page, type the account email and send.
- Open the link that arrives by email (valid for 24 hours and only once). Opening the link deletes nothing: a confirmation screen appears.
- Check the summary, tick the box and confirm.
The company's only account holder
If you are the company's only account holder, the system does not let you delete: the contract would have nobody responsible. First transfer ownership to another person or contact support (Contact support). To close the whole company, arrange it with KOMORI through Issue reports.
