What it is for
A registered vehicle shows up in the car choice of the daily report and roll call, and the system warns before 車検 (shaken) and insurance expire.
Where: web Management → Company fleet (or Operations → Vehicles → Add to fleet); app More → Management → Company fleet. On the free account, use Invitations & free account → Add a vehicle.

Step by step
- In ① New vehicle, fill in the Number plate: region (e.g. 豊橋), class, kana and number. Region and number are required.
- Enter make, model, year, colour and type (Kei, Van, Truck, Other).
- Add the chassis number (車台番号), the 車検 expiry and the dates of the mandatory (自賠責) and voluntary (任意) insurance.
- If you have them, attach the vehicle photo and the 車検証 file.
- Leave the status as Active and save.
- In the list, use ② In use by to set which driver has the vehicle (or «free»).
After registering
- The driver checks the vehicle out and returns it in the app or in the daily report.
- Repairs, km-based changes and status changes are on the vehicle record in the app (Vehicles → tap the vehicle).
- Deleting it from the fleet deactivates the vehicle; usage history is kept.
Tip: Japanese number plates
A Japanese plate has four parts: region (豊橋, 名古屋…), class (the 3-digit number), kana (あ, さ…) and the serial number. Drivers pick the vehicle in the daily report precisely by region and number, which is why those two fields are required. Use the same format for every vehicle so the list is easy to read.
Common errors
- «Vehicle limit of the free account reached.» The free account allows few vehicles. See the plans.
- The vehicle does not show in the daily report. Check the plate (region and number) is filled and the status is Active.
