Do managers use the same password as the web panel?

Yes. In the app, choose “Manager” and use the same e-mail and password as the web panel. The manager password is changed on the web panel (profile).

Is there any purchase or subscription in the app?

No. The app shows no prices or purchases. The company contracts KMR on the web. The administrator sees the plan, read-only, in Menu → Accounts → Company plan.

I also work in the field. Do I need another account?

If there is a worker record with the same e-mail, use Menu → Worker mode and return with “Back to management”. You can also use Settings → Use as staff, which signs out and signs in with the Staff profile.

How do I know who has not confirmed tomorrow's shift?

On the Home tab, under To do, “Not confirmed (day before)”. On the shift, use “Resend confirmation reminder”.

Is the team's location tracked all the time?

No. The Live map shows positions recorded at work-day buttons and while the app is open during the shift. Never outside the shift or when leaving home.

What happened to “Card GPS check”?

It was retired. Old links open the Live map. Records and store positions are kept.

Can each project have different daily report questions?

Yes. In Menu → Daily report forms you set the check-in, lunch and check-out questions for each project, and the sign-up options of each form.

Do statements and invoices show my company's name?

Yes. Texts and documents use your own company's name and details.

Can I send the invoice (請求書) by e-mail?

Yes. On the statement, use “Send by e-mail” and choose PDF, Excel or PNG.

How do I undo a last-minute cancellation?

On the cancellation alert, tap “Undo cancellation”. The shift goes back to the person.
