What it is for
Each company sets the daily report (日報) questions for each project. The app asks at the right time: at Check in (arrived), Start lunch and Check out. The answers go to your manager together with the clock-in.
When it appears
- When you tap one of those buttons, a screen opens with the name of the moment (for example “Start lunch”) and the questions for that project.
- If the project has no questions at that moment, the app only asks you to confirm the time.
- In the Work tab, the Field report section shows a summary of what was sent (answers and number of photos).
Step by step
- Tap the button for the moment (check-in, lunch or check-out).
- Answer the questions. Those with * are required; the others say optional.
- In number fields, type only numbers (e.g. 12). Japanese-keyboard numbers such as “12” and “1,234” also work.
- If the project asks for a photo, tap Take photo or Choose photo. When there is a Photo guide, choose the Photo type and follow the example.
- Some projects show an automatic count: “Automatic — your sign-ups: N / referrals: N”. It comes from your sign-up records; you do not need to type it.
- Tap the send button (at the end of the day, Record check-out). You see “Saved.”
At check-out
- If you check out after the end time, you see Past the end time with a Reason (optional) field.
- If you forgot to check out on the day, tick I forgot to check out (enter the real end time) and fill in the Actual end time.
Common errors and what to do
- “Required items missing: …”: the app names the missing items and marks the field in red. Fill them in and send again.
- “The server requires these items… If they are not on this screen, refresh”: the form changed while the screen was open. Go back, open it again and answer. If it continues, tell your manager.
- “Attach at least one site photo.”: the project requires a photo. Take or choose one.
- “Enter a number (e.g. 12)”: remove letters or symbols from the number field.
