KŌLOGY plans and limits
What the free account includes, what each paid plan unlocks, the driver, vehicle and history limits, and what the padlock means.

How it works
The company's plan decides which screens open and how many drivers it can have. A screen outside the plan stays in the menu, with a padlock and the «Current plan» label. Tapping it shows the «… is not in your plan» box, with buttons to talk about changing plan. When the plan changes, the screen opens with your usual data — nothing has to be entered again.

On the free account these open: Drivers, Vehicles (and fuel cards), Routes, Shifts (and leave requests), Daily flow and Reports (and roll call, daily operations, consumption and team performance). These show a padlock: People, Company fleet, Payments, Alerts, Team & access, Wallet and Branding. Free-account vehicles are added in Invitations & free account → Add a vehicle. You must confirm the email to keep using the free account. The numbers in force are shown on the sign-up screen and in Settings → General → Current plan.

Price published on the official KŌLOGY page (its-komori.com/kology): company plan ¥55,000 per month with 10 drivers included (tax included); additional driver ¥550 per month; guided implementation ¥300,000. For the Solo and Team plans, ask KOMORI for a quote.
Drivers beyond those included (wallet)
On the company plan, the licence covers the first drivers. Beyond that, each driver pays their own subscription directly to KŌLOGY and the company's share goes into the Wallet. The Seats used box shows: included in the licence, active today, free seats and how many pay their own subscription.
Common messages
- «This feature is not included in the free account.» The screen belongs to a paid plan.
- «On the free account, history shows the last 90 days.» Older months only on paid plans.
- «The free account allows up to 3 driver(s).» Limit reached; suspend someone or change plan.
