Delivery history and pending uploads (no signal)
See deliveries by day and understand the pending-uploads box: what the app keeps without signal and how to resend.

What it is for
The Delivery history lists a day's stops with each status. Pending uploads keep on the phone what you recorded without signal — and send it automatically when the connection returns. Together they make sure none of your work is lost.
Where it is
- History: on the map, the clock icon next to the counters; or tap the Delivered number on Home.
- Pending uploads: the N pending badge at the top of the app. It only appears when something is waiting.
Delivery history
- Open the history. The date shown is Japan time, not your phone's time zone.
- Pick the day with the calendar icon.
- Each line shows address, status (Pending, Arrived, Delivered, Failed, Skipped), tracking number, window and notes.
Pending uploads: how it works
Without signal the app keeps these actions: Delivery status, New delivery (OCR), Vehicle (take out/return), Fuel card and GPS track. When saving you see “No connection — saved on this device. It will be sent automatically.” and the stop shows Waiting to send.
Step by step: check and resend
- Tap the N pending badge at the top. Pending uploads opens.
- Check each item's state: Waiting for connection, Sending…, Not sent: reason or expired.
- With signal, tap Send now so you do not have to wait.
- Item with an error: tap Retry. If the record is no longer needed, tap Discard and confirm — it will not be sent.
Common mistakes
- “Expired (over 20 h in the queue)”: the item stayed too long without signal. Check it and record it again.
- “Not sent: …”: the server refused (for example the stop was already changed by dispatch). Read the reason and redo it from the right screen.
- The daily report does not go to the queue: it needs a connection. What you typed stays on screen until the signal returns.
- Uninstalling the app with pending items deletes what was not sent. Send first.
