When to use it

A company that uses KMR sent you an invitation e-mail with a code. With it, you start receiving that company's shifts, news and payment statements in the app, without losing your personal history.

If you do not have an account yet

  1. Install the KMR app and open it.
  2. With Staff (field) selected, tap Create a free account.
  3. Fill in Name, E-mail, Mobile phone (optional) and Password (8 characters or more).
  4. Paste the code into Company invitation code (optional).
  5. Tick the agreement and tap Create for free. You see “Account created and linked to” + the company.

Common mistakes

  • Code not accepted: copy it again from the e-mail, without spaces. It may have expired or been cancelled.
  • The invitation e-mail already belongs to a company account: use Sign in with the company account, with the password your company gave you.
  • “A free account can link up to N companies.”: leave an old company in Company invitations (③).
