Plans and limits: KOLOGY Software Lite vs. Pro

The KOLOGY Software family is installed on your company's Windows PCs. It is not a cloud subscription: you pay once and use it with no monthly fee. There are two editions.

Per-computer licence

• Each installation is activated with a single-use code issued in the client portal.
• The licence is signed on the computer and works offline after activation.
• Reinstalling on the same Windows keeps the licence; changing computers needs a re-issue in the portal.
• Additional computers can be added to the service as an add-on.

Lite extensions

In Lite, some features are extensions bought separately from the portal catalog: additional offline maps, smart addresses and neighborhoods, offline street routing, intelligent route planning, advanced driver identifiers, operational cargo and stock, delivery completion and reports, and custom pin styles. A purchased extension applies to every activated computer of the same service. In Pro, all of these are included.

Monthly support (optional)

Usage questions, bug investigation and fixes, and update guidance: ¥50,000 + tax per month (¥55,000 incl. tax). Tick it at checkout; cancel anytime in the portal, and it stays active until the end of the paid period. Without support, the program keeps working normally.

Purchase, payment and refunds

• Lite: online purchase by card (Stripe). Invoices and receipts are in the client portal.
• Pro: ask KOMORI for a quote. Bank transfer, multiple PCs and customization also on request.
• As a digital product, there are no returns or refunds once the download is unlocked (except for defects).
