Use your own email with a Free account
Connect Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud or your company mail server to the KoMail app for free.

With a Free account you use the email you already have in the KoMail app: Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud or your company’s mail server. KoMail reads and sends through your provider’s server, and your messages stay there.
Create the Free account
- On the app sign-in screen, tap Create a Free account.
- Type Your email and tap Continue. KoMail finds the server by itself and shows Server found.
- Type the Mailbox password (or app password).
- Fill in Your name (shown to recipients).
- Tick I have read and accept how my data is used.
- Tap Create account and sign in. Your inbox opens right away.
If the server is not found
Open Server (advanced) and fill in Incoming (IMAP) and Outgoing (SMTP): server, port, security and login user. Your provider lists these details.
Manage the account
In Settings › Free account you edit your profile (name, kana reading, phone and optional photo), connect up to 3 mailboxes with Add mailbox and can use Delete account.
