Use your own email with a Free account

With a Free account you use the email you already have in the KoMail app: Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud or your company’s mail server. KoMail reads and sends through your provider’s server, and your messages stay there.

Create the Free account

1. On the app sign-in screen, tap Create a Free account.
2. Type Your email and tap Continue. KoMail finds the server by itself and shows Server found.
3. Type the Mailbox password (or app password).
4. Fill in Your name (shown to recipients).
5. Tick I have read and accept how my data is used.
6. Tap Create account and sign in. Your inbox opens right away.

If the server is not found

Open Server (advanced) and fill in Incoming (IMAP) and Outgoing (SMTP): server, port, security and login user. Your provider lists these details.

Manage the account

In Settings › Free account you edit your profile (name, kana reading, phone and optional photo), connect up to 3 mailboxes with Add mailbox and can use Delete account.
