I can't delete a question
Likely cause: the question already has recorded answers (the trash button is locked).
What to do: deactivate the question. It disappears from future runs and the history is preserved.
I did the inspection but the day is empty on the monthly sheet
Likely cause: it is still a draft. Drafts don't count as completed inspections.
What to do: open My drafts, tap Continue, finish and save.
A management button is missing for me
Likely cause: available buttons depend on your permission and plan.
What to do: ask your workspace administrator to check your permission.
Yesterday's answers weren't carried over to today
Likely cause: this is by design: each daily run starts without answers.
What to do: answer each question for the day. Remember a blank answer does not count as OK.
The paper sheet was read incorrectly
Likely cause: hard-to-read handwriting, more than one box ticked, or the code not in the photo.
What to do: fix the fields on the review step before saving. Next time, tick one box per item and keep the code visible.
I see “There is a saved working copy to continue”
Likely cause: an earlier edit was not saved to the end.
What to do: tap Recover local copy to continue where you left off, then save.
