Can anyone create a KoMail mailbox?
Business mailboxes are issued by the company, on its own domain. If you don’t have a company mailbox, you can use a Free account in the app with the email you already have.
Does search find old emails?
Yes. Search runs on the server, by sender, subject and text, across the whole mailbox.
Does the AI read my mail on its own?
No. The AI acts only when you tap summarise, translate or reply with AI.
Can I use it on a computer and a phone?
Yes. In the browser at webmail.its-komori.com and in the Android and iPhone app. Folders and messages are the same.
Which languages does the app have?
Japanese, Portuguese, English and Tagalog, among others.
How many mailboxes can I use in one app?
Up to 5 in Settings › Mail accounts. With a Free account, up to 3 connected mailboxes.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. In Settings › Backup you download emails, contacts and calendar in one .zip file.
