Is it built from scratch?
No. KoLite uses ready-made models for each industry, so subscribing is quick and the price is monthly.
Do I need a server or to install anything?
No. Hosting and updates are included. You use it in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
How many people can use it?
Up to 5 user accounts per system. There is no data limit.
How does billing work?
One monthly fee per system, charged to your card through Stripe every month on the day you subscribed. Tax and card fee are shown before you pay.
What if I pay late?
At 7 days overdue the system is suspended (data is kept). At 30 days, the system and its data are deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The system stays active until the end of the period already paid; there are no prorated refunds.
Can I ask for changes to the system?
The service is self-service: it does not include customization, training or data migration. Each system has the “?” guide on every page, and the Aya assistant (Help button on the site) answers general questions about KoLite.
Do updates cost anything?
No. All systems are updated automatically at no cost.
