Tasks on the phone

Open the menu (☰) → Tasks. The top is now a single bar: the arrow back to chats, the title and, on the right, Filters, + New task and Open in KOREOS. The counts (Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Completed) and the list appear instantly from what was saved; a thin line at the top shows it is refreshing.

New task with several people

Tap +. It is the same form as KOREOS: choose Official or Personal, enter the name, status, priority, estimate and description. Under People, choose the Responsible person (required for official tasks) and tap Add person as many times as needed for secondary assignees. Then set start, due date, department, repeat and optionally attach files. Tap Create task: every assignee is notified.

Announcements

Menu → Announcements. Each card shows Global or Individual, the title, a summary, attachments, who posted it and Seen by. Tap to open: switch language tabs, see the images inside the text, open the attachment and check who has read it. Opening it records your read. Use search and the Unread / Read / Global / Individual filters.

Team · Location

People with permission see Team · Location in the menu under Account, right below My profile: the map and list of the team's latest position. People without permission do not see the item.

Back to the same chat

After ending a call, or choosing a photo, video or file to send, KOCHAT returns to the chat you were in. If the phone closes the app while the gallery or camera is open, the chat reopens when you come back and the chosen photo returns to the send preview. An old notification no longer opens a different chat.
