Do I need a KOREOS account?
No. You sign in to Kenten with your own email and password.
When does billing start?
Registration starts on the Free plan. A paid plan only starts if you subscribe on the checkout screen. Displayed prices include 10% tax.
Can I add more users?
On paid plans, yes: buy seats beyond the included limit under Plan and billing. Each extra user costs ¥500 per month, tax included. Review the total before confirming. Deactivating a person frees a seat but does not reduce billing. Not available on Free.
Is a site map or drawing required?
No. It is an optional Business plan feature. You can complete inspections without a map when the template doesn't require one.
Do templates replace statutory inspections?
No. They are a base you adapt to your work. The responsible person checks the applicable requirements, frequency and qualifications.
Does switching between Easy mode and Advanced mode erase anything?
No. The mode only changes how the screen looks; your input and your plan stay the same.
How do I change the language?
Open your profile and choose an available language. The manual and its screenshots follow that language.
