A stock count records the expected balances when it starts, collects the counts, goes through review and approval, and is applied to stock exactly once.
Step by step
- In Stock counts, tap “+”, give it a name and choose the scope and the counters. Turn on “Blind” if counters should not see the expected quantity.
- Tap “Start (snapshot)”. Until then the count is only a draft.
- Tap the line or scan the label, enter the counted quantity and tap “Record”. If nothing is there, record 0.
- Tap “Finish counting → review”. The manager can request a recount of discrepancies and then taps “Approve”.
- Tap “Apply to stock” and confirm. The balance becomes the counted figure and the differences go into the history.
Movement history
Movements records every receipt, issue, transfer, adjustment, count application and reservation, with user, device and time. Filter by kind, location and dates and tap “Apply”. “Export CSV (Excel)” downloads every matching row. An earlier movement cannot be changed: to fix a mistake, record an adjustment with a reason.
