Sign in

1. Open kolite.its-komori.com and tap Sign in (or I’m already a customer).
2. Type the email and password you created when subscribing.
3. Tap Sign in. Your dashboard opens with all your systems.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?.
2. Type the account email and tap Send recovery link.
3. Open the email and tap the link. It is valid for 2 hours and works only once.
4. Type the New password (at least 8 characters), confirm it and tap Save new password.

Sign in with Google

The Sign in with Google button works after you link your account.

1. Sign in to the dashboard with email and password.
2. In the Google account box, tap Link Google account.
3. In Google, choose the account with the same email registered in KoLite.

To undo it, use Unlink Google account in the same box.
